Improving Private Banking

Working alongside business owners we improved a product developed for Private Bankers. They provide personalized financial services to high-net-worth individuals, so speed and efficiency is paramount.

During our engagement, we focused on improving the user experience for Alerts, Opportunities, and Pipeline. We validated with Private Bankers early to confirm our decisions and limit our scope, providing a clear path for improvement. We streamlined the content providing a robust and useful interface, increasing efficiency.
